Ben is a great guy, very professional and hard working. He fitted the whole house with shutters and three velux blinds all by himself. The shutters look fabulous.

Ben came to fit some Roller Blinds, in, my, property today, and, I'm VERY pleased with them, and, they look 'fantastic'!! I ONLY wanted 2/3 blinds, but, Ben, was, very 'willing' to take the above work on!! Very 'Personable' Man!! Recommend !!

All a can say is that all has gone smoth.

The shutters are of excellent quality. The workmanship and precise fitting by Ben are to a very high standard. After the work was completed, everything was cleared up nicely, with not even an indication that the work had been carried out. After fitting, Ben explained how the shutters worked and how they should be cleaned. I would thoroughly recommend 'Shuttercraft' and will be using them again in the near future, when I have had some further new double glazing installed.

I had my shutters installed in November but wanted to wait before posting my review. I cannot recommend Ben at Bedford Shuttercraft more highly. He was so professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. I was very lucky to have him installing the shutters. Despite some rather uneven windows in an old house, he did a marvellous job. They look very good indeed. They keep the heat in and the drafts out and also make the house feel quiet, particularly when they are closed at night. I’m looking forward to them keeping the house cool in the summer.

I can't recommend Shuttercraft highly enough, they were excellent from start to finish, always professional and friendly and came up with some great ideas and everything was fitted beautifully. Very impressed and would definitely use them again!

I had my Shutters fitted today and couldn’t be more delighted not only with the quality of the product but with the care and professionalism shown by my fitter, Ben(Shuttercraft Bedford ) . My windows were quite out of true, but Ben took time to make everything fit and look perfect. I now have a house that looks like new ! Thank you Ben !

Great service from the Bedford team. Our request was a small one but the team were brilliant and my new shutters have hugely improved my south-facing office.

We had our shutters completed in September and we wanted to use and live with them for a few weeks before reviewing. We have awkward shaped windows which was a concern for us, however our initial meeting with Ben gave us a lot of confidence in his ability, experience, and overall quality of the product from the samples he showed us. We obtained other quotes and decided to go with Ben for this reason. Ben returned to complete the detailed measuring of the different shapes and we chose the colour of our blackout blinds for the bedrooms.
Ben gave us realistic timescales, and these were adhered to. The fitting was completed by Ben with assistance from Anton and Mike. There was no disruption, they were presentable and friendly. The shutters were professionally installed, the house left clean and tidy. In fact, apart from a little noise, we hardly knew the men were in the house.
I have since gone back to Ben with some queries and he has responded immediately and to my satisfaction.
The lead time, from placing order to delivery, is long, however don’t be put off by this if you want a quality and professionally installed product.
I would recommend Ben and the team at Shuttercraft without hesitation. I have no doubt that the shutters have added value to our home. Most of all we are delighted with ease of use and the attractive and overall look from both inside and outside of the house. The blackout blinds are truly blackout and apart from some light dusting, the shutters do not require any further maintenance.

Highly recommended company. Good customer services. Both shutter and blinds are good quality. Shutter is absolutely isolate the cool air inside the house.
