My son had used Ben and recommended him. Ben was very professional and there was no pressure to buy. The finish is excellent and Ben was efficient and tidy. I initially had all the front windows done and then later got the back bedroom windows done. Love the look.

Out of all the sales representatives we have dealt with, Ben stands out as the most genuine and approachable. There was no sales pitch, gimmicky discount offers, or pressure to buy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The shutters are fantastic and have truly made a difference in our home. We were so impressed with both the shutters and Ben's service that we invited him back to place another order!

I'm so impressed with this company. From Start to finish everything was done to a great standard and it didn't take long either. Very reasonably priced

We honestly cannot thank Ben enough for everything! From the very first visit, his professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out and the end result has completely blown us away. The shutters are absolutely stunning. They are beautifully crafted, flawlessly installed, and of outstanding quality. They are also very fairly priced!! We have had a really bad experience previously with a company installing our downstairs shutters and we wished we found Ben at Shuttercraft Bedford earlier!

This is a great example of where local expertise is best! We had a lovely and personal experience with Ben from Shuttercraft. It was really refreshing to be able to speak to, and meet someone in person, who was knowledgeable, fair and not pushing a hard sell. The shutters themselves are wonderful and look great - well worth the investment. I know there are many cheaper online alternatives, but having also used them for other projects we’ve done, I would recommend Shuttercraft over and above, and personally wouldn’t use online measure yourself sites next time. The reassurance of their expertise, their skills to measure and fit, plus the quality of the product for me the cost of the products were more than fair and well worth it.

Ben, Director of Shuttercraft Bedford, is a one stop shop providing knowledgeable, friendly and zero pressure customer service right from first contact through to measuring and fitting my shutters. Green credentials a big thing for me and I was pleased to learn more about the sustainability of these shutters before ordering them. They look and work amazingly. Very competitive price. I would definitely use Ben's business again for future home shutters.

I was impressed with Ben right from the start when he came to my property for a free site visit. He took the time to understand my needs and showed me how to design the shutters for my patio doors to perfectly meet my expectations. He provided a swift and detailed quote and answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism.
On the installation day, Ben went above and beyond by cleaning the window frames before starting the work. His attention to detail during the installation process was remarkable, ensuring the best possible results. I was completely satisfied with how the shutters turned out.
Later, I reached out to Ben again for assistance with installing folding doors in a triangular shape under the stairs. He communicated clearly and provided creative solutions to make the small triangular door look aesthetically pleasing while also being practical for daily use.

When my wife and I visited a friend early this year, we were so impressed by her shutters. That's how we decided to approach Ben.

Ben explained in great details the type of shutters (e.g. with respect to quality, material, design, colour, price) that would best suit us. I find his assessment both impartial and valid. As things turned out, everything went smoothly according to schedule. The price was reasonable for what we got.

What impressed me most, however, were his expertise and personality. Ben is a very amiable, caring and honest person. Apart from being so knowledgeable, he was extremely patient in answering all our (sometimes silly or simple) questions. He ensured that we were well-informed and satisfied at various stages of the service. With the shutters in place, our home now look far more beautiful than before!

Our experience with Ben and Shuttercraft was excellent from the first visit to installation. We’re delighted with the shutters which are the finishing touches to our new extension and kitchen. The shutters have been brilliant during the recent hot weather. Ben was very tidy and left no mess.

From Ben coming out to measure for blinds to them being fitted earlier was a very smooth process. Ben was very patient explaining prices and showing samples. Measuring to fitting in 6 weeks, excellent service and a friendly helpful guy. Definitely recommend

As mentioned in previous reviews we found Ben to be polite, punctual and professional from our first meeting through to installation. We are thrilled with our Shutters which have been installed in our Study, Lounge, Bedroom, Kitchen and Conservatory. Ben made a fantastic job of fitting them. At the point of ordering we were informed of the 12 week wait, but it was so worth it. So refreshing to deal with a sales person and company that deliver exactly what was promised.

I am so glad I trusted the reviews on here, I put in for a survey and being in Milton Keynes, Ben from Shuttercraft ,attended. There was no hard sell. He explained everything clearly and set out my options. I got a chance to see some photos and placed my order. It took approx 3 months to arrive but did come within the timelines set out, fit brilliantly and is absolutely gorgeous - I would buy again. Cece
