Ich hatte meine Sachen bei Topbox in…
Ich hatte meine Sachen bei Topbox in Köln belagert. Alles verlief super bis zur Übernahme durch Shurgard. Nach meiner Reise aus dem Saarland wollte ich meine Kartons wieder haben: Unmöglich. Seit Monaten Versuche ich die Mitarbeiter zu kontaktieren für die Herausgabe meiner Sachen...ohne Erfolg. Die Anrufe werden nach Berlin umgeleitet und aus Köln Poll meldet sich keine. ich gehe davon aus, dass ein Mitarbeiter meine Sachen geklaut hat und werde Anzeige erstatten.

Betrifft Mietvertrag Köln Poll seit 5mo.
Ich konnte es nicht glauben aber nach langem hin und her hat man unsere eigene Versicherung akzeptiert,und sehe da als Reaktion folgt eine Mieterhöhung! Ich werde ohne Begründung sowieso nichts bezahlen und selbstverständlich nach den Feiertagen unseren Anwalt einschalten,es fehlen mir die Worte,also frohe Weihnachten 🎄🎁 was seit ihr für eine Firma,das muss mal an die Öffentlichkeit wie sie arbeiten.ich mache mir die Welt wie sie mir gefällt! Weiter so shurgard……..

Beratung vor Ort
Ich fand gut das ich vor Ort auf eine größere Halle umsteigen konnte. Mir persönlich wäre die Option 24h Zugriff zu haben lieber.

Der richtige Raum
Von der Online regestrierung bis hin zum einfachen Zutritt per Token ( Mobiltelefon)und auch der Freundliche Mitarbeiter ist alles Top.
Eine kleine Sache war nicht so gut bei der Buchung . Da wurde eine Garage angezeigt aber hatte im inneren des Gebaüdes ,einen Raum zugewiesen bekommen.
Als ich aber vor Ort war ,hat mir der Mitarbeiter einen passenden Raum zugewiesen.

Der Anfang war etwas "schwierig"
Der Anfang war etwas schwierig, wegen ständiger Anrufe. Störend bei einem Trauerfall und dann im doch unschönen Urlaub.
Dann aber wirklich super. Sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt und Support.
Hat dann alles mega gut funktioniert
