The reception I got and how simple and secure it is.

Really easy to use and very flexible, has been much easier than I expected.

after paying and complete id verification, i went there at 7 pm another day with remaining of my stuff and i couldn’t access my storage. The code was not working. I was really pissed of as i rented a can and was evicted by then. i didn’t know where to put my stuff. I have to make calls upon call and finally rented an empty room for the night. The next day i have to pay the van again to bring my stuff in the storage. It was a disturbing experience for me. They really let me done after my first impression on the unit ( clean and really welcoming staff)

Easy to use, nice customer service.

Gates only working on one side so having to go through person gate do code then run back to car before gate locks. Fix you gates very annoying.

The lady that showed me the premises and my storage unit was super friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to book and organise. Cheap for the first month which is what I need

Unfortunately the lift stopped working while we were inside and the engineer didn’t arrive. Luckily the lift started working again after 30 minutes so we were able to escape. Naturally we no longer wished to use the lift until it was deemed safe to use by a professional. We suggested a number of alternative proposals, such as using the stairs while sending items up the lift, however rather disappointingly these were rejected by staff. Eventually they allowed us to do this but the delay was frustrating and cost me more money given the removal company I was using charged extra for each 30mins.

I had two terrible experiences with this company at two different branches: Forest Hill and Plumstead (London). I was moving some stuff from both of my properties to rent them out as I was travelling. On both occasions, it came to light that staff have their own keys to my storage unit and were stealing valuable items I have kept there - some of them included antiques and family heirlooms handed down to me. The worst was Forest Hill who not only stole my stuff, but it came to light that they have taken a valuable rare object that has been in my family for two hundred years and sold it. I knew it was sold because I saw the exact thing on Ebay few years later with all the identifying features. On top of that, my late father's graduation gown which I had preserved since his death over 30 years ago was probably sold or dumped and the other valuable items I put it together with taken or sold. Please do not use this company. They are not trustworthy. After digging up more information about them, I found out that this is very common with this company and I was not the only one they have done this to. I see another reviewer has had similar experiences as well. I do not trust them at all after what they had done.

I would give them zero star if I could.

it was good, from getting someone at reception, service and help to get the box open.
although, tbh the lock down system,.. with keys vs codes.. or a regular lock its a bit annoying but oh well.. another key to add on my keyholder.. ;)..

I was advised online that I could bring my own disc lock. This wasn’t even vaguely the case and I had to leave my locker unlocked overnight before the reception opened in the morning. My locker specifically is at least 5% smaller than it should be due to 2 huge support girders built into it. Other than that it’s quite clean just very disappointed initially
