Chris was fantastic at Epsom
Chris was fantastic at Epsom. Was very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was ever a problem and always had a smile on his face.
Wouldn't of used them if Chris wasn't working there as he went above what was required and would certainly use them again.
Thank you Chris, you deserve a raise 💪🏼

The staff at the Epsom branch are…Brilliant
The staff at the Epsom branch are really friendly and helpful especially Chris who made the experience so much easier when we had to transfer to a bigger unit. The facility has an App which made gaining entry to the storage easy. Would definitely use again.

I have used Shurgard Epsom many times I'm the past. Every time I get served by the same gentleman, Chris. And every time I get excellent customer service. He always seems to go above and beyond to help me find what I'm looking for. Would 100% recommend.

Nicola at the Ewell branch was fantastic in helping me with my storage unit.
A fair price too with the first month only costing £1.

I had good customer service
I had good customer service, staff is really friendly and helpful,at first I had small unit and I asked if I could change to a bigger unit immediately changed to bigger unit without no extra charge.

Everything was set and ready for me…
Everything was set and ready for me within 15 minutes of me arriving. Nicola was very helpful and assisted me with the sign up throughout. Will definetly recommend and use again.

No issues making a reservation online. The website explained everything clearly. When I met the Shurgard member of staff, Chris, he was really helpful and very friendly. He went the extra to explain how everything worked.

Excellent customer service and storage…
Excellent customer service and storage facilities.
We are new to using storage facilities and Nicola made the whole experience really simple and explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with our choice of Shurgard in Ewell and would highly recommend it to others

Fantastic service from Nicola at Epsom. Very helpful, answered all my questions. Nothing too much trouble for her. So easy to organize a unit. Got a very good deal on the 1st months rent as well. Definitely 5A stars all the way.
