I was very happy with the great service that I received from Paul and Chris. They were very helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to contact them by phone and speedy replies from emails.

We had an urgent need Paul and Chris were knowledgeable, efficient, kind and willing to help. Didn’t feel rushed to make decisions and answered all our questions. Great experience

I cannot praise Chris at Ewell Shurguard enough! I had to take out 3 storage units during my recent move. He was so helpful and went over and above to assist me, always with a cheerful smile. Should I need to use storage again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ewell Shurguard again (as long as Chris is still there!) Thank you for all your help.

I was looking for somewhere to store some property during a house move and Shurgard Epsom worked out great - there are lots of security features (cameras, doors controlled via an app, the lift only goes to the floor of your unit) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall I feel really confident my property will be safe throughput.

Chris was a big help! Couldn't have done anything better. I was really worried about having to more all of my belongings into a self storage unit however, Chris made the experience enjoyable and carefully broke everything down for us as well as showed us everything we needed to know and do!

Was walked through the process by Paul at reception and was set up with a unit and on my way in less than 30 minutes.

So helpfull withy questions , I was all over the place worried and not sure what would be the best option and Paul helped me, made me feel secure and sure in what to take and directed me very calm and made me laugh as well. 100% I would choose it again and same person to look after me.

Really helpful and informative, helped me to understand in layman’s term eg download the app and access my storage and being shown how to use the keypad etc etc.
