Staff are helpful and rectify access issues quickly.
The Access App is temperamental at times so I suggest the key in code system to remain in place.

I bought my policy online and reserved a storage in a hot day you keep me outside because of your breaking time and then my van driver dropped off my stuff at the gate because nobody open the gate for me,because of paperwork , and I am very unhappy about of this.

Ahmad's and Brad's customer service expertise are exceptional, and ranks amongst the very top in any industry customer service I have ever experienced, not just in the storage sector. I remain, most impressed with their incredible professionalism, work knowledge/skills/ethics, clarity in explanations, attitude and dedication to do their best for Shurgard's customers. A special mention also, for their wonderful sense of humour, joviality and effective teamwork, which all contributes to a superb customer experience.
I have since recommended Shurgard Edgware to numerous family members, friends and neighbours, because of Ahmad's and Brad's outstanding customer relations.
