Thieves will steal your things and you will get 0 compensation!
A lot of our stuff was stolen from our room. No signs of break-in was noticeable, lock was in place, so Shurgard staff did not ask to call the Police and asked to go straight to insurance. Insurance did not cover anything, because there were no break-in signs and no Police reports. Great business model, bravo Shurgard. You pay for having things, then you lose your money and your things, and somebody gets profit. NEVER USE THEM!

bij aankomst was het even uitzoeken hoe…
bij aankomst was het even uitzoeken hoe het allemaal werkt. de eerder verstuurde E-mail hielp wel goed. echter bleek de lift defect. dat was niet aangegeven en dus zaten we eerst te rommelen met de code e.d.
uiteindelijk was de lift dus defect en bleek er nog een andere te zijn aan de andere zijde van het gebouw.
het is ook niet duidelijk dat de eerste poort ook te gebruiken is van als ingang
