Boris the site manager has a acute knowledge of his customer & the various needs why we store our possessions, for all sorts of reasons, whether good or bad, living near or moving to lands afar. Highly intuitive he gave good credible information & was able to provide the best possible solutions to meet our needs. Really impressed overall as Shurgard London City Airport is also conveniently located, extremely safe, clean and highly accessible with excellent customer service! I recommend using them wholeheartedly.

The service was excellent 👍
The service was, friendly, effective and efficient via straightforward breakdowns of procedures and expectations and some lovely small talk concerning the building/company’s history.
The paperwork was also straightforward and the new school approach technology wise to enter the storage section of the building, is an amazingly and prudent touch.
Truly happy to store my goods there.

Fantastic service, highly recommend City Airport branch
Fantastic service, fast response to queries, accommodating to the needs of the customers. Boris was very professional, had great communication, welcoming to new customers. Highly recommend the City Airport branch, have used it for business in the past and have come back to store items again.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book. Very convenient and easy-to-use phone app. The receptionist is amazing. We were welcomed and helped with everything we need it. Storage cells fitted our needs it is nice and clean.

Clean, secure and efficient
The whole process of setting up the new storage is very smooth. Boris is quite friendly and efficient. Once the paperworks are signed, I was shown around the place and how everything works. The whole process took no more than 20mins.
The place looks very clean and secure. I cannot recommend this enough.
