I rarely leave reviews, but this genuinely warrants one star.

I have been a customer for six months, and today I was informed that my rate will increase by 22%. When I asked what justified this, I was effectively told that the longer I stay, the more I will pay, as prices are periodically increased for existing customers. That is quite an approach to customer loyalty.

It gets better. I was also told that if I move from my current 50 sq ft unit to a 65 sq ft unit, my monthly cost could be cut in half. It is difficult to understand how that pricing structure makes any sense.

I am currently renting a unit while spending time abroad. Needless to say, I cannot keep flying back just to rearrange boxes to fit this kind of pricing logic.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would given a five star if Shurgard was open 24 hours. Shurgard needs some more trolleys, because in the evening the trolleys are being used. I like the security to get in the building.

Easy and quick. For those in need instantly I recommend to use the Shurgurad. Staff are help and informative. For first month price is reasonable.

I had a busy schedule that day and Alex the customer Service attended to me with clear instructions guide, step by step on how I can complete the application, see up my account and app. I move my luggage with so much ease.

Poor explanation and communication from the reception staff. Not very friendly and helpful.

Safe and secure place customer service was good

It is my first time to use a storage facility and staff members have been helpful.
The downside is from 9pm i can’t access to my storage and it affect people like me who finish work a bit late in a evening.

I have to pay over 500£ just for placing my 15 days notice one day late . Extornist money ! Be careful while choosing this company I prefer safestore or attic now . There are other more competitor which are affordable .
Sometime trollies are missing there is no onsite staff after 6 . Signals is big problem as their entry system works on mobile if you don’t have signals you need to go out again and again inorder to use their entry system !
