From initially walking into the office Lucy greeted us very politely and with a smile. She was extremely helpful and informative and answered all our queries. She is a credit to the company.

They responded quickly and provided flexibility of up or down grading my storage capacity.

Difficulties accessing the facility. I was given information that there was automatic access until 9pm
Only for my drivers to waste hours outside trying to wait for help coming and after 3 phone calls to the main office it was found I was given the wrong information. Had to put up 3 drivers in a local hotel and wait until 10am the next day on the Sunday morning. Then difficulty accessing due to me from Scotland having to email consent for my husband to access the facility.

The premises in Broadstairs are easily accessible, well laid out, spotlessly clean and beautifully air-conditioned!
The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
As a result, the whole process is being made very much easier.

Staff are amazing, really friendly and professional. Location is perfect. Just a shame that it isn't 24 hours. Sometimes when you want instant access, i.e after work it is closed. You really have to plan ahead, which can be annoying if you are used to having instant access. Ideal for long storage.

My experience has been positive so far. I was easy to book and pay for the required space and the individuals I have dealt with at the Broadstairs site on two occasions have been very helpful and professional. Whilst it is relatively expensive, I believe the extra cost is acceptable given the available facilities. I would encourage anyone to take out their own separate insurance cover rather than rely on the Shurgard policy one is required to take out when making an online booking as it proved to be less than a third of the cost.
