I have been storing with shurgard broadstairs for around 4 years now. Staff are always happy to help with amazing customer service. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

Daniel has been extremely helpful while we have been using Shurgard Broadstairs - explaining the rental process, showing us around, advising on the right size storage unit for our needs and then advising on moving to a different size unit when our needs changed. Also we found the cardboard storage boxes available for purchase from Shurgard to be very sturdy and much better quality than other brands we had previously bought online.

Very good experience with Shurgard. Helped us massively with our move, very good price, clean, well organised and lovely staff. Shout out to Daniel who was always happy to help and answer any questions I had.

Daniel was incredible. We booked 2 storage containers online and Daniel called us to tell us that we could just book one bigger one (which I couldn't seem to find) so he changed everything for us, we didn't have to deal with anything and saved us over £250 a month. It's not often you find people who go out of their way to help, Daniel's customer service was 11/10. Thank you!

The storage units are kept clean as is the whole building. The staff are always polite and welcoming. The initial month being just £1 was great. Access is good and 7 days a week opening times.
