I ordered 2 pair off slippers and got one pair and not the colour I ordered.

I was happy to use online to find the appropriate shoe size. Customer Service was very kind with explaining how the instore pickup at Promenade Mall, Thornhill ON worked and the appropriate time frame to pickup my order. The store personnel was EXCELLENT and bent over backwards to find alternative shoes. I will be looking in early spring.

What I ordered is what I received. Very quick delivery. Completely satisfied.

They couldn’t even ship a matching pair. To top it off neither were the size I ordered. But I’m all fairness the got the color right. They were black.

The winter boots fit well and my leg brace fits. The casual boots didn't work for my brace at all. They would only zipper up on one side. But it wasn't a total loss as my oldest daughter liked them and has now claimed them. The quality of the boots was terrific. I will be back again but have to be mindful of the style of footwear whether my brace will fit or not. I do notice that with the winter boots my leg that doesn't have the brace seems shorter when I walk but I can still walk in them. I'm going to try an extra insole in the one that doesn't have a brace to lift that leg a bit. the shoe on that foot is a bit big anyway.

These slippers run a little small. They bordered in too small but I’ll keep them in hopes they will stretch a little. I ordered a 41 and normally take a 40 or 41 depending on the manufacturer. I ordered the blue, but was emailed a week and a half later that they were out of stock. I agreed to take the beige ones instead.

Items took a long time to ship, never received any message that they arrived to store and were ready for pick up, just happened to be walking by and went in to ask. Both pairs of shoes didn't fit me despite being my usual size. I was able to return them easily and the clerk helped me find something in my size. Very slim selection of shoes over size 10 which was very disappointing. The staff were nice and as helpful as they could have been considering you barely sell my size win any model of shoe.

Shumakers at the Promenade: i went into check the status of my delivery. The young woman was able to find the order and told me that it was due that afternoon. She checked for my contact information and added what was needed. Later that day, I was called and told that my order was in. I went to get it immediately. I was greeted enthusiastically and given my slippers. A great experience.

5 stars for shoe quality, worn a dress boot that’s modern+comfortable+winter warm with winter crew socks. 2 Sweet ladies (I feel they are Middle East and Asian) at the store were really patient yet knew their products well. Even after returning the shoe that I liked so much I went again next week to collect my online order they reacted the same way I saw them the first time. Definitely recommend this store for quality, style and variety of collection for men, women and kids.

I received an email saying they had received my order. When I went to pick it up I was told they had not received it. They had what I had purchased in their stock but they couldn't sell it to me because it was not my order however, if I wanted to wait 20 minutes the manager would be back from his break. They manager told me I could purchase them and he would see that a credit was put on my credit card. I don't think so. I left the store and the manager came into the parking lot and told me if I came back in 20 minutes I could have them he just had to make a call. I returned to the store to be told that they had sold the boots, when I asked for the manager he was again not in the store. I left the store. Five minutes later I received a phone call saying that they hadn't actually sold the boots the customer changed her mind and if I came back I could have them. Three trips and all this aggravation for one pair of boots. I don't think so. The mailed the boots me, I don't even like them any more they remind me of anger and frustration. I will no longer be your customer.

I received the product that I ordered in a few days.

I was blown away by my recent purchase. Not only were the boots made in Canada but they fit my boyfriend perfectly. Then, they were delivered within a few days. That is even more impressive because we live in a remote area. I will buy from here Shumaker again!
