Measured up my son for his teams cricket shirt. Small would still be too big on him according to their measurements but he needs it. Arrived, the head hole is tiny and doesn’t fit over his head. Contact the company, asked to supply photos and measurements which I have done. Hear nothing. Find a phone number. I’m told all shirts in that size in the UK have that problem. Offered next size up. I explained that will be like a dress on him, asked for a refund including p&p. Suddenly checking the warehouse for any small shirts that don’t have this problem, they’ll call me back. Expect I’ll be having daily emails and calls until this is fixed, meanwhile my son doesn’t have a shirt!

Avoid this brand as they provide poor quality with cheap manufacturing, £220 on a helmet which the strap broke and they won't replace it. Tried to claim 3 month warranty had expired but they didn't ask when I purchased it.

The UK director is a clown and rude so avoid this brand unless like everyone else leaving comments you like to waste your money on goods not fit for purpose.

If you're looking for a sports company with customer service , look elsewhere. Regid, dissmissive and will not be of any interest to provide with any remedy other than their own interpretation of policy.

I was incorrectly assumed to be a student and should have gone to their rail somewhere on campus I aint been on for almost 10 years. Matter has had to be escalated. I would not recommend these to any person, institution or club looking for a kit supplier.

If you want to contact these people, good luck, no phone line, chat doesn’t get any reply and email very slow. I bought a cricket bag that had the uni crest put on way off centre ( provided photo by email) and the only reply was you can’t return custom order. Apparently they feel they can botch your order and hide behind that. Not going to happen
