Outstanding Quality and Excellent Service!

I recently ordered a belt and totally satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The quality of the belt is truly impressive. The materials feel durable and premium, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Every detail of my custom design was executed perfectly, exactly how I imagined it. It looks even better in person!

Exhausting efforts (approx 23 emails to…

Exhausting efforts (approx 23 emails to & fro) trying to get clarity or even clear answers to my concerns. Not sure what the issue could be, however ambiguity apparently is the way this company choses to operate. Sent a few emails, asking the person who relentlessly (despite my requests) refers to me as "Bro"; to put me in contact with his supervisor to hopefully conclude my anticipated order. All this to no avail so far. If this is indicative of their chosen business model, I would urge people to help themselves & find a reputable company to deal with in lieu of this company.

I have since been in receipt of a request for more info.

I trust that Management has full access to the 20ish emails exchanged with what I can only surmise is their USA Rep.; the Rep had made an offer to me, in one of his earlier emails (as discussed in one of my last requests for clarity) to which he refused to invest any interest in doing. Rather kept being very ambiguous and uncooperative, not wanting to stand behind his offer, made ax he wanted to close my requested order.

Please review this exchange & you will quickly ascertain what I was trying to get clarifications on .. all in my futile attempts to place my desired order through your company.
