The customer service is first class.

Unfortunately the pump did not work for me, but i was advised this might be the case before purchasing due to the water pressure in the shower I wanted to fit it too.

Returning the pump was straightforward and they refunded me immediately.

I’d happily buy from these guys again.

I just though I would share my experiences of using your automatic pump with rainwater. We had a gravity rainwater system from a loft header tank, but we were right on the minimum height when we installed the tank, and after buying a new washing machine it started to error due to not filling up fast enough depending on the program and other factors. I decided to fit your automatic pump. A few years later it is still going strong. We get the odd issue in the system as the tank empty float sometimes sticks up and stops the tank from filling and we can get an airlock. The pump’s ability to direct connect the motor means we can clear airlocks very easily. We do have a very good filter on the pump up from the collection tank just in case, but we have never had an issue. Cracking product!

Delighted to have been able to purchase such an excellent, compact, beautifully made product, well packed and supported by very good installation instructions. For such small devices they perform perfectly.

This definitely has helped solve our electric shower problem. The water pressure is always poor here, resulting in our shower often going cold. While this pump hasn't made it more powerful as such, it has boosted the pressure so it stays a constant temperature - even when there are other things on in the house. It really is easy to fit and arrived very quickly.

The Shower Power Booster pumps solved the problem of an underachieving gravity thermostatic mixer shower that I have endured for many years. They were discreetly installed behind the bath panel, They have give me equivalent of a power shower. I only wish I'd had them installed many years ago.

Had really low mains water pressure so tried the shower power booster, which has solved the issue by providing a decent flow of hot/cold water.
