Its a great invention that genuinely solves a problem and it has worked for us. After having a loft conversion their was not enough flow to the new shower when the downstairs unit was on. This has now been remedied and I was very happy with the team their who helped me take the readings and advised on what I needed. The plumber wasn't aware of this solution, neither was the builder who specialises in lofts. Great to see a innovative British product on the market and a team that has a proper customer service attitude. I am very pleased and if you have a combination boiler with the same challenge this will help as well the other scenarios it resolves. My only hope is that they are reliable. Great product so far.

Have used the 2 pump
Setup on the hot only as cold is mains pressure and this has transformed our gravity fed shower. It is now useable and suitably balanced to the cold. Installed it myself in a location that no other pump could fit. Very pleased with the results glad I opted to get the 2pk.

Prompt, reliable service and dispatch. I inadvertently ordered the manual pump when I needed the automatic version. Shower Power Booster gave me a no-quible full refund when I returned the original and re-ordered the correct unit. Now installed and working perfectly.

I've used the shower boosters more than a few times now and find them more convenient than a standard shower pump when space is limited or you just want to boost the flow to a specific outlet, basin, shower or even a bath.

Very easy to install more effective nearer shower rather than tank pressure ok

This little device does exactly what it is supposed to do and it is very easy to instal.

My shower had less flow rate than suggested for this to work, but it has, so happy to say that the communications and the product were both fantastic. Great pump!

Excellent product - easy to fit and works well on downstairs mixer shower.

I have low hot water pressure to my bathroom and this pump has solved my problem with little expense.
I also have a radiator far from the main pump ,again the booster pump has solved that issue to.

I had reservations due to its small size and cheap price . I needn’t have worried ! It works perfectly, I’m over the moon .

The customer service is first class.

Unfortunately the pump did not work for me, but i was advised this might be the case before purchasing due to the water pressure in the shower I wanted to fit it too.

Returning the pump was straightforward and they refunded me immediately.

I’d happily buy from these guys again.

I just though I would share my experiences of using your automatic pump with rainwater. We had a gravity rainwater system from a loft header tank, but we were right on the minimum height when we installed the tank, and after buying a new washing machine it started to error due to not filling up fast enough depending on the program and other factors. I decided to fit your automatic pump. A few years later it is still going strong. We get the odd issue in the system as the tank empty float sometimes sticks up and stops the tank from filling and we can get an airlock. The pump’s ability to direct connect the motor means we can clear airlocks very easily. We do have a very good filter on the pump up from the collection tank just in case, but we have never had an issue. Cracking product!
