Well done and thanks - recommended!

After receiving our shower unit, we noticed the "waste" part had been damaged "in transit". We phoned Shower Enclosures Direct who were very helpful and professional and sent a replacement part the following day. Thank you very much to Shower Enclosures Direct for your great service! :-)

Excellent customer service, excellent company. I purchased a Salcombe vanity unit and basin, great value for money, the product was perfect.

After a call to the office the staff pointed me in the right direction for what I needed to complete the job. Ordering was easy and my shower enclosure arrived as expected complete with all the parts necessary to put it in. Directions were great and easy to follow and the final product looks great and works well. Overall a great company with a great product.

I recently purchased a double ended free standing bath, I will definitely be using this company again they gave excellent advice and they were very quick with delivery.

The shower enclosure is of a good quality and easy to install and was delivered within the timescale promised.

They could do with changing the delivery company if the unhelpfulness of the delivery driver is standard for the delivery company

Very happy with this item well packaged and delivered on time

Looks great

Excellent product and superb delivery. Looks beautiful in my small bathroom - the clear glass makes it look larger. No leaks! couldn't be happier.

Ordered replacement shower door rollers by post. Spoke to a very helpful and polite sales lady. Parts arrived very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong and after a little hick-up with the couriers this company were straight on the case and sorted everything out without a problem. Could no fault them.

I found just about everything I was looking for to do a new bathroom, I spoke to the guys at showerenclosuresdirect who helped me with advice and the technical side in making sure I got everything I needed from the taps to the shower waste. I couldn't believe the price I paid for a complete bathroom, I am very pleased with the quality and the price. Delivery was good and I was always kept informed on my delivery.
A refreshing change to speak with real people.

Quick next day delivery had a bent wall profile on my bath screen, I did expect to be fobbed off as I hadn't checked the delivery but they sent out a replacement straight away and only asked for a picture of damage for proof. Thanks again, I'd definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent delivery time
I had doubts when it said 3-5 days delivery. As I was expecting guests and needed the screen. Really pleased when it arrived so

Would recommend to use.
Quick delivery and good communication.
