Thanks George. Shorter leases can be harder to deal with as you say, but you're right - marketing your flat differently to the previous agent and giving those buyers confidence is key!

I was struggling to sell my flat which not only had a lease issue, but we had to take the managing agent to court over the service charge too. Josh was able to help and give helpful advice on both. We’ve now got right to manage on the block and the value of the flat has gone up! Once our claim is sorted with the old managing agent I’ll definitely be using SL Property for the sale.
