I filled in a return form requesting the return of an item I purchased and received no response. Also no contact details to call or email directly.

I suspect it is because they dont want to give a refund

Delivered today. Smaller than I expected it to be.
However very good quality.

I have read the reviews and was a little worried about some of them, however after ordering a pair of somic commando headphones they arrived but had been shipped from china and everything was in Chinese which made it impossible to use. Contacted the Shopsta website over the weekend and had a reply straight away, I followed what I was asked to do and sent it back and within the 5 days the refund has been credited back to account, whilst the product was great and what I ordered I couldn’t use it due to being in a language I couldn’t use. Great service and will be using the site again

This company needs to be upfront about being in China. The delivery took a long time, two weeks plus, and when delivered it was slightly bent. The idea of returning it, ridiculous.

Following this review I was contacted by Ada from Shopsta who has resolved this problem to my full satisfaction. Great customer service.

The item was faulty so returned.
Returns process followed and email confirmed acceptance saying Address and mailing info to follow. A repeat email to remind them that I had not received the information which they followed up and resent the email with returns info. Unfortunately this email went to Junk. They emailed confirming it had been sent which is how I found it in junk. Thanks you

I am not happy with the product as I have had 2 recharge it twice since receiving it 3 days ago. Is this wrong? I have only managed to have it alight for a maximum of between 30 and 60 minutes at a time.

My item took a while to arrive but not too long. I appreciated the free delivery code.
It came without instructions but that wasn't really a problem,it's easy to work out how to charge something.
I am actually very pleased with my rechargable battery lamp. I am using it all the time. It's very bright on full power and also has a warm light option. I think it was good value for the price I paid. Not pretty but functional and exactly right for the extra lighting that I needed.

Great value and all as expected but delivery although satisfactory took slightly longer than expected. Overall very happy.

Got the Compact Stepper Fitness Machine with Resistance Bands. Ada was very helpful when the resistance bands were missing, sent a set straight away and issued a refund! Very good customer service, I recommend!

Fantastic customer service. I originally put the wrong billing address in ny order...but emailed customer services. And to my amazement. I quickly received an email back from Ada.. She dealt with my mistake, altered to the correct address and tge order was dispatched with 2 hours.

I bought my husband some headphones for Christmas which he loved, but were faulty. Excellent customer service from Ada who dealt with it brilliantly and organised a replacement which has already arrived. Impressed.

I bought Oneodeo headphones and they sent me a £56 pair and charges £149 .99
Said they were £50 off!
Don’t be scammed!

Perfect! Only criticism is the voice in the headphone is in Chinese and I don't know how to change it but crystal clear sound with direction best headset ever

Fast delivery and good quality

Took about a week to arrive (as expected as it came from China) and it was Xmas period. Tracked all the way. Well packaged.
Headset is great. Surround sound is perfect - I use it mainly for playing Dayz and can pin-point sounds accurately. I also use it for playing Elite Dangerous. It has great bass and frequency range. Also has a great battery life. Very happy with purchase.

Unfortunately, although the email is .co.uk goods come from China and this is not stated at time of order!
