Bought a pair of sunglasses. Took a few day for them to process my order and get a tracking number which was no real issue. Expected date to arrive was Aug 10th got my glasses on Aug 2nd which was also great. Problem I have was that my glasses didn't come in a box. They didn't have a glasses bag for them. They wrapped a pair of sunglasses in bubble wrap and called it a day. Lucky my glasses were not damaged or did have any scratches on them. Overall they could have done a much better job sending out a pair of glasses.

Wonderful. Quick. Only thing i would suggest is for site would offer free shipping for lower amount. Or free shipping promos.

Service was good but the strap on the dress I bought for my daughter broke in less than a half hour. Had to pin it up to get through my nieces grad.

Everything was good (sale price, free shipping, well packaged & item in new condition), except it took awhile for my order to be worked on and shipped. I had to call twice on 2 different days before getting a call back that my item was finally picked and being prepared to ship. Considering I'm in Calgary and Nomad's is in Sylvan Lake, it took a week to get my order.

I was disappointed in how my package arrived. I believe the box could have been sealed better. My item was not brand new as it arrived with nomads bags in it as stuffing and the tags were not on the item. The sides showed signs of wear and over all very disappointed with this item for the price paid. I would caution others before purchasing from this vendor. The communication once I made My purchase was great however.

So happy with my order! Everything was perfect and I even got a hand written thank you note and some stickers!

A little upset because the product is not the same as what was advertised. Site said black lens and matte black and stainless steel frame but product received was gloss black frame and all plastic. I know oakley uses different materials for the frame but I thought I would get the matte black with stainless steel rollbar. Would return it but I like the fit and design of the Chrystl and Oakley doesnt make them anymore. Thanks nomads for having it in stock and sorry for bad review.

I pre-ordered a bike .. waited the length of time they told me.. finally was able to give my son the bike for Christmas. To find out the threads on the crank arm are stripped, sent multiple emails, called the number provided, I get a generic response from emails telling me the part is ordered and to wait or no answer on the phone. Their merchandise is of good quality but the customer service could definitely use some improvement .. still don’t have the new crank arm 😢 but I guess it’s only 6 months

I cannot recommend this company. I had originally reviewed this company's customer service as abhorrent but took it down in good faith because they apologized appropriately, and tried to make it up to me. I gave them a second chance and purchased a billabong kimono which looks lovely in the pictures. This product was delivered to me looking like it had been used and put away wet. There was zero effort to fold it adequately or package it properly. It was like it was found at the bottom of a bin, it was an awful ball of rag. It is suppose to be a gift and it is not worth a fraction of the 100$ it cost. I am sincerely done with this company and will neither purchase from nor recommend this company ever. Order # 25470

Excellent and personal customer service. There was a defect with one of the shoes that they came forward with, inviting me to choose how I would prefer they resolve the issue. I’ll definitely shop with them again.
