We were charged $15 in shipping for a piece of paper with a code on it. Not to mention we had to wait a week for this paper to arrive. This could have easily been emailed or faxed for free. It was a total rip off and you should update the way you get these codes to people.

Will never use again
Waited 6 weeks after returning an item for credit, then had to pay $12 again for 10x12 snail mail envelope shipping replacement order, and still waiting for its arrival 2 weeks now!!! This used to be a good company, not sure what happened to them. But we will never use them again.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. The product is professional, reusable and the company is very easy to work with. I made a mistake on a refill order and they made it so easy to fix. Rare and even better was how nice the staff was to get it fixed. No attitude, no fuss, just a simple and timely fix.

Name Print Graphic is a rip off, can only activate a couple of times before you need another license, even for just a simple OS upgrade.

It did the job well
It did the job well. It took a little time for me to figure out how to set up the template, but with only one wasted sheet of the peel off laser id insert sheet I was able to get a nice finished product. Make sure that once you print on the peel off sheets you let them sit over night before trying to assemble. The ink from the printer takes that long to dry and set, otherwise you will get a lot of smearing. Everyone one was pleased with their name tags.

The shopping experience was fine, but the name badges both came with scratches all over the stainless silver finish. If that wouldn't have happened, we would have ordered over 100 of them. We can't afford that happening since we were planning to leave the metal exposed.
