Sorry for the late response(As we are on vacation now), we have cancelled your order and refund you as you request.
No service, no support at all!
I bought a vacuum cleaner in the end of december 2021. Sadly, i couldn't charge it due to some battery issues. I contacted shopmeee three times since the 6th of january, but they didn't answer my emails. Nothing, no response at all.
edit: all my fault. the emails were in the spam folder.

bequemer und stylischer Handstaubsauger
Den Staubsauger habe ich auf Recherche bestellt und bin zufrieden damit. Für meine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung reicht es vollkommen und der Behälter wird nicht allzu schnell voll wie alle behaupten. Und es sind nur zwei Handgriffe dies zu leeren.
