I ordered two boxes of enviro logs
I ordered two boxes of enviro logs. I only recieved one box. I was charged for two. I have not found a way to talk to someone about fixing this error.

My intial experience with this company was not good, but the company did send the ordered merchandise, and offered me a concession for the poor experience that I had initially. I thought it commendable that this company stepped up; apologized for the problem/delay; and even offered a concession to re-store my Trust and Confidence. A strong review; and I look forward to my next order with Shopisense. Thank you to the management.

I used Shopisense prices were reasonable and free delivery
I used Shopisense because when I looked for Kingsford Charcoal Amazons price when from $10.99 to $25.00-$34.00 for 1 16 lb bag. Shopisense has a twin pack for $20.99. I placed my order and it was quite simple and easy. I recommend them for shopping online.
