Over half hour late so food was cold…
Over half hour late so food was cold when we had it and not once we was notified to say it would be late it just kept going up half hour when it had 5 mins left to go.

I've gotta say 95 percent of the time, shopezy is an amazing app, and shop to use, delivery is great, products are amazing, I've only ever had a couple of issues which are normally technical problems, or things out of stock, but they are always replaced xx

Local Shop Was Closed
My local shop was closed and I went onto the live chat to see how long it be closed for. They went out of there way to help me place and order with the closed store and they then processed it to a different store so I could get my items.
Very good customer service.

Cancelled parts of order, no phonecall. Immensely unhelpful customer service. I wanted a refund but no such luck.
