I ordered a Bluetooth projector with a total cost of 45.00. What I received was literally a piece of plastic in a cardboard box. PayPal tells me that I first have to return the item to China before they will issue me a refund. Shipping would be 35.00 using the Post Office. Plus, the Post Office cannot even read the Chinese writing that PayPal gave me as their return address! It’s a fake site, do not buy anything from this site, I did order IMTV Pro 1080P projector, and third party sent me mobile phone screen magnifier. I have paid $40 through PayPal and Paypal can’t do anything in this matter they said go to your bank and report them.
I just want say that do not buy anything from Facebook Advertising they all scam.

I was also told for mini tv projector and got a wooden screen amplifier.
Customer service replied till I was tracking but later when I showed images they said that they are surprised that I am not happy. I am like you have not even delivered what I want. Is there someone who got money back?

Scammed too. Currently awaiting result from PayPal. Paid via PayPal credit so dont know if we're protected.

Shut this website down and that goes for Facebook to. Like everybody else the is purely a Scamming web site. Order a IMTV projector and got a magnifying glass. Went back to PayPal , they have given the benefit of doubt in his favour case closed, even with the evidence of pictures PayPal has clearly says I got what I ordered. Shopeeline has removed PayPal from his store, good luck to the credit card holders.
After reading the reviews because it’s to hard to get your money back PayPal and any other organisation will not put the effort in and is how they are getting away with it. Shopeeline needs to be reported as a phishing site. The guys are running multiple web sites phishing, stealing reputable brands and advertising on there shop page. Purely a fraudulent company found a loop hole.

Same as others . Ordered a projector and received magnifying glass . Luckily I ordered via PayPal and raised a claim with them . They had asked to return the product to the seller for a refund but the seller had provided invalid address and I haven't shipped it yet . I will check with PayPal again and will let you all know how it went .

UPDATE ON 12/1 - I shipped the product back to the seller through USPS for a charge of 15$ . I enabled paypal buyer protection and reimbursed the shipping charge . I am waiting for the package to be delivered to the seller .

Update on 12/27 - I got 45$ back from PayPal .

Same as many others I ordered a IMTV projector and received a cheap cardboard magnifying glass. When I emailed them requesting a refund they said it would cost me $45 shipping plus 30% restocking fee, even though it says on their website 100% money back guarantee.I will be reporting to the FTC.

Fraud! Ordered my handheld cinema over a month ago and never received it. All mails I've send remained unanswered by Shopeeline. Tracking stopped at the end of October in China. Since then, I received nothing. Meanwhile my order was deleted in this portal and of course they kept the money. So the only thing they want is your money. You will never receive what you have payed for.
There are multiple sites on the internet, like Trustpilot, who report Shopeeonline as fraud and scam. Too bad that I checked Google too late.

Unfortunately have to give 1 star rating as 0 star is not an option. These people are fraud. Never sends the ordered product, instead sends completely different, cheap and useless product. And on the top of it never responds to the emails.
I would suggest to report a dispute on your payment if you have used PayPal as your payment mode.
