Jess was wonderful to speak with, she has a really amazing selection of Japanese stationary and even went out of her way to check in the back for some new arrivals to show me in case I was interested. I am an artist, and most of the time I have to go to Michael’s for any Japanese art supplies/stationary. It was my second time visiting this location and the stock was entirely new and diverse! I had a great time even just looking through everything on sale, and Jess was pleasant to speak with. There’s more than just stationary at this store, but for me personally, that’s my favorite.

I understand why Anemoia won Best of Clay * Boutique * Gift Shop * Interior Design categories. Anemoia is special--it literally is like stepping into a multiverse of creative possibilities. Depending on what direction you walk, you can literally wander into different worlds & eras. Just to name a few: Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter-world, Edgar Allen Poe-gothic, Victorian steampunk, a Prohibition speakeasy....or a time when communication was more intentional, less rushed and tangible (Anemoia is the local stationery shop of my dreams!). Jess the owner is incredibly sweet with just the right amount of warmth to be welcoming without pressure (great for shy, curious introverts). Also: I live in the Jacksonville Beaches area, and Anemoia is a destination worth the drive. Support and Buy Local!!!

I found a fountain pen here that is very rare at an amazing price. I was almost nervous for it to arrive, finding it hard to believe this special edition would be so affordable. It arrived quickly, in pristine condition, gorgeous careful wrapping like a present, and I was blown away. Big fan and would definitely shop here again!

Package never delivered. Emailed them and they only replied once. It's been 4 days since then and no update on what to do next. I've tried emailing them again and nothing, just ghosted. They replied to the one star review, I'm still giving them a 3 star for customer service, I understand small businesses don't have enough hands to handle everything but a quick email stating that we'll get back to you when we can would've really helped. Though my package has been misplaced by the post office, they have improved on communication and the customer service is very friendly, in the future I'll be ordering straight to my house.

This store is such a beautiful find. So thrilled to find this place. Vintage,eclectic and so well displayed. Things here you wont find anywhere else in this area. So pleased to have this experience available to me. Love, love this store and the people are just wonderful.

I received my packages promptly and when I opened I was pleasantly surprised... I had a lovely delivery note along with my receipt. Each box was labeled with cute little messages..and that was before I even opened my items. Everything I ordered is great quality and just so precious!

Charged excessive amount for Shipping, and yet the Merchandise arrived damaged and with missing lid. Followed their website instructions about contacting them, they asked me to send photo of the shipping box, which was already in the trash. They told me that with no photo of the shipping box, there would be no refund. I had to dig into the trash to pull the box. They still refused to issue a refund, or provide Return Shipping Label to return the merchandise. They stated they had no use for damaged merchandise. They wanted me to file a damage claim with the post office and wait for my refund that way or return the item in person to their store... 2400 miles away from me. Horrible Customer Service, after several frustrating emails, they began to lecture me on how they package merchandise, and how I was not cooperating by ME refusing to file a claim with the post office. Bottom line? they rob you with no shame. over charge shipping, they send incomplete orders, they do not take responsibility for their shady packing, make you jump through hoops to get a refund on their merchandise, then ask you to return it in person, regardless of where you live. Worst shopping experience ever, and pretty darn rude people.
