I am very satisfied with the service
Very fast delivery and good packaging.

Customer service very helpful and the items delivered very early within one day only also it came in perfect conditions
And the prices is better than other competitors.

Ordered from the faulty app on 23/3 and delivery was supposed to be on 27/3. Regardless of messaging, emails, and phone calls, I got the dpd ‘package received’ email on 5/4 and even that got cancelled a couple of times before food being finally delivered on 8/4.
Not recommended. Won’t use again.

Got my Eid sweets from Egypt. Perfect.

I received only a portion of my order much later than expected, without any refund for the items that were missing, and there was no communication whatsoever.

It's difficult to trust them or recommend their service.

put an order on 25/3/24 and still didn't receive it. Tried calling but it always goes to answering machine so they are also avoiding responding to their customers. Look to me as a big scam

Scammer, and waste of time. placed and order ages ago and keep chasing them daily and finally got someone to reply and kept on promising delivery date that never happened. waste of time
