Very bad experience with this company never received the order issue wasn’t sort for more the 3 weeks the customer service is mobile phone number they will not answer and will cancel on your call all the time and in the end they will have your call go through answer machine and you will never receive your order
My advice don’t waste your money and time with not trusted company like that In the end I have to call my bank to dispute my transaction with them and report it to police to investigate as internet crime
This company if it’s real they need give true service this company you can’t trust .

للأسف لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة الاوردر ماتسلمش و خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا وهاتحاول تتصل بيهم مش ها يردوا علي مكالمتك و هايرفضوا استقبال المكالمات منك و لو ردوا عليك برسالة ها يعتذروا بحجج واهية و يوعدك مستر احمد بطريقة مهذبة جدا ان المشكلة ها تتحل و انك هاتستلم الاوردر بتاعك كامل في خلال مدة اقصاها يومين و دا طبعا مش ها يحصل أنا لمدة ٢٥ يوم لم يتم تسليم الاوردر و دلوقتي باحاول ارجع فلوس الاوردر عن طريق البنك
و دلوقتي البنك ها يحقق في الموضوع
نصيحتي من تجربتي الشخصية مع الشركة دي انهم غير اهل للثقة انك تتعامل معاهم

I made an order on the 29th of June and never received it.

I received my parcel later than the requested delivery date and one item was missing. When I complained, I was promised with a refund that I have not received yet after more than a week. It is unacceptable to tamper with people’s orders, make promises and not commit to them. I found the whole experience disappointing and will definitely not be using Shop and Shine in the future.

This is by far the best online shopping website for food and grocery! Everything is perfect! Customer service is really outstanding 👏. Customer service agents are always polite and helpful. Authentic delicious food and fast delivery! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality food and service. Thank you guys! Keep up the excellent work.

My order was delivered in time, well packaged and all intact. No issues at all.
Slightly over priced for groceries than local markets. However if you are in a remote area it would be great ro find all your favourite products at one place.
