It's a great shop to supporting the homeless. I bought a jacket from them. It was well-packed and great quality just as described. I've decided to buy more from this shop.

tempting free postage on bank holiday

Great homeware
I was looking for gifts both useful and fun when I came across the matching monochrome vase and planter. It was the first time I had used this site and found it easy to use. I was a slightly concerned if the products would match up to the site pictures. I shouldn't have worried they were perfect. They made great birthday presents and attracted many positive comments.

Not yet received. Chased order. Friendly response despite an email signature which included ridiculous, unnecessary pronouns.
Thank you for your reply. I received an invite for a review, so that is what I did, gave a review. I will let you know if I do not receive in the next day or so. That's my opinion; I don't agree with ideologues that choose to share their values with me (as a customer). I don't care what you do internally. (By the way I offered a some furniture to Shelter a few months ago. They never called me back or responded to my emails. Thankfully, the BHF gratefully sold it for a couple of hundred ££). Please share this with your team.

Hi Caroline,
I'm sorry that your order still isn't with you. As mentioned in our email to you, it's been with Royal Mail since the 3rd of May, the day after you ordered it. Unfortunately while Royal Mail do have a timescale of 3-5 working days for delivery, at times it does go over this, which is out of our control. If the item still hasn't arrived by the 17th May, please let us know and we'll arrange a full refund for you.
I'm also sorry if you find the use of pronouns "ridiculous" or "unnecessary". We feel the opposite. Using pronouns in our communications not only shows support and solidarity for any transgender or non-binary individuals in acceptance of all genders, but hopefully eases the burden on our trans and non-binary colleagues and acquaintances from having the same conversations again and again.
Being an ally every day is important, having pronouns in our signature can set a norm and encourage others to do the same.
