Good shirts, Nice price and no tax paid from UK to EU

Ordered a NHL Adidas jersey from them for my son’s birthday . Picked the player name and number from their drop down menu. It showed up late and they spelled the player’s name wrong on the jersey! Should have ordered from the team’s pro shop. Will not shop there ever again!

Garbage.
Ordered a navy blue Kraken shirt, a grey one was sent. Was going to return it, they would not refund the shipping cost for their mistake. Automated return center no help.

Tyler was very helpful when FedEx lost my order.

We received the wrong item and Doreen helped us to return and receive the correct item. She was very helpful and continued to follow up until our issue was resolved.

I have purchased something on the website for international delivery and am trying to return it but the website won't let me return the items

I had to get customer service to call Fed Ex so I could pick up my package at a drop off location since I work during the day. Cristin took my call & followed up with me through email. Everything worked out and I was able to pick up the next day.

Doreen was extremely kind and helpful. I called customer service because my order was being shipped all over through no fault of NHL.com, but because FedEx messed up. FedEx would only allow the shipper to place a claim. Doreen not only did that, but continued to track the package until it showed delivered, and then sent me an email asking if I received it. Excellent customer service such as Doreen's is extremely hard to find these days, I really appreciated her effort!

Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed order on 5/8 and was told I would have it by June 2. Called and spoke with manager who promised I would get it by June 16. Today is July 2, and just received email stating they canceled the order. They not only ruined my father's day gift, but want me to pay again to replace the order, before I am refunded. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

I ordered a personalised jersey which they managed to print incorrectly, even though the bag they packed it in had it spelt correctly. Emails to customer service get ignored, after a lot of chasing the only way I could get a response was via messenger, would never use again as they have no customer service at all!

I purchased a photo and it had been bent in half during shipping. After a poor experience with the chat function on your website, Doreen from Customer Service reached out to me through email. She was quick to get in touch with the manufacturer and get a replacement photo shipped. Truly appreciate her quick resolution to my problem!!

I needed to return a sweatshirt because it was sewn incorrectly. I had sent an email to customer service and did not receive a response within their stated return policy. Fast forward a couple of months and I have some time to chase this down. I have now missed the return window. They were kind enough to credit me for part of the cost and the shipping. Thanks for working out a solution.

Just wanna say I had excellent assistance by everyone from Customer Service that helped me clear up a confusion with what I thought was a missing Fanatics Authentic hologram sticker that turned out to be a Fanatics Authentic verification card that wasn't suppose to be included with my VGK/Avs Lake Tahoe Outdoors Game Crystal Puck with game used ice.

So thanks to Doreen for all the email support. Also thanks to Charlie and @FanaticsSupport for the assistance when I brought up the question on twitter. Everyone was awesome help clearing up this confusion.

I made a purchase of an autographed item. I had difficulty getting the authentication verified, I reached out to their team and got a very quick response and they took care of my problem. Great people to work with, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

I purchased the Avalanche Victory Arch hoodie for my husband for Christmas 2019 (~a year ago). The screen print design quickly started to peel and fade, despite following washing instructions and now, a year in, is almost gone. I tried to reach out directly to the company but the website offers no customer service options.
