Ordered 2nd of Nov, because it said it will be despatched within 1 day for standard or 3 extra days for personalised item. My cousin's bday was on 11th so I thought I have plenty of time. First, I bought 2 'authentic' jerseys for $500... B.S.!! What I got was a cheap $25 jersey from wal mart. Second, I asked if I could get a name patch to go on the back of the jersey, they told me they don't offer that. But yet, if you order another jersey, you can get one! Another B.S. !!! Go with another company or waist your money. Oh, and the delivery was very slow.

I contacted Fanatics about a damaged item that I ordered. Cristin contacted me and immediately addressed the item and sent me a new item. I was surprised at the amazing customer service received and would order again from Fanatics/NHL.com because of how professionally I was treated by Fanatics and their representative Cristin.

Customer service / replacing damage Item
I have received my delivery and once I opened the package, notice that the case was damaged on top. Got through with customer support and transferred over to Tyler, fan advocate and support. He helped me a lot regarding about my Damaged package. He gave me step by step on what to do and how to send the package back. Send him the video and pictures of the damage product then Tyler and the team got me a replacement of the product shipped out. The best customer service I ever had! Very polite and professional!

Tyler assisted me with returning an item that arrived in poor condition and is sending a replacement item in better condition. The process was easy and Tyler was very helpful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome after the disappointment I had when I opened the original package last night. I have purchased many items from NHL Shop in the past, and I know this item coming in poor condition is few and far between. I'm happy things were resolved quickly. Thank you!!!

Ordered three items, orders got botched up and each item with a separate delivery date all outside of the promised delivery time. When contacting the web shop, there is no service and no way of tracking the order except for poorly designed bot. Horrible experience, will never shop there again.

I did get a 20% code, which is such a poor move. The real inconvenience is the order does not arrive for Christmas and thats all I really cared about. Just poor customer service all around and unacceptable for a mulit-billion dollar organization like the NHL.

Deceptive advertisement, bad customer service
Deceptive advertisement. The site states two discounts, a 10% for the first purchase when signing up for their newsletter which was not applied. The deal usually is that a vendor trades private information for a discount (on the first purchase), nhl.com broke that agreement by collecting the information first, yet then denying the discount. The second discount is a big advertised 25% off which (no surprise anymore at this point I guess) doesn't apply to the probably most relevant item, the jersey. Couple that with bad customer service, trying to reach out to nhl.com resulted in the reply that all their folks are busy helping other "fans" and they don't have time for me. No waiting queue, or anything.
