I dealt with Lee and he made the entire purchase effortless. I contacted him out of hours (8pm) and although he didn’t need to, he communicated with me up until 10pm and told me everything I needed to know. I was purchasing a moped for my son’s birthday and had left it a little late to arrange. He ensured that they had it ready, prepped, registered and taxed within 24hrs.
Couldn’t recommend them/Lee enough. Didn’t hide behind emails and was in constant telephone contact, to ensure it was ready for my courier to collect!

A must for the vertically challenged.
Excellent service from delivery to product fit and quality. Still extremely comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone with shorter legs! Completed 560 miles with the lower seat on first ride over a weekend with absolutely no issues.

Hi John, thank you for your positive review!
help and patience to find the right bike.
After looking round various shops, searching online for a Triumph speed twin, we decided to look at the two bikes in The potteries motorcycles and scooters. We rang, and visited twice. we found Aaran to be very patient, very pleasant. and very helpful. just what we needed with our indecisiveness!! I'm very pleased with the bike we chose . Many Thanks to Aaran :)

Top service, item arrived really promptly. Their website isn't the easiest to navigate and a little clunky but for a local dealer I would rate highly.

Nothing in stock???
Everything at this site is either not in stock! And massively overpriced! I mean £11 plus for a tiny badge ( gp200) no way!!! There's no estimated time when stock will arrive , no updates etc... just Rubbish!

Hi Phil, we are sorry you feel this way. I can see from a quick search that the majority of GP200 parts are in stock/coming into stock. We cannot always give exact ETA's as we are not in control of the shipping and customs processes that are involved with sourcing parts from the other side of the world, often they don't line up with the quoted ETA's from the factories.
The price of the parts aligns with the current state of shipping and the costs involved, again something we have little to no control over. We stand to make very little on many of the parts we sell, including Royal Alloy.
We would always recommend speaking to us directly in this scenario, as we can often give, at the very least, a rough estimate of when we are due parts.
Online Purchase does not work.
