11-day-delivery to Berlin. Good jerseys. In the beginning, I was disturbed since 7 days passed, and I received no email whether my jersey had been shipped or not. I could not reach the customer service per email, since my address was blocked by their server. Neither was it possible by phone. Finally, they sent me a notification from their other email address that my order had been shipped with a tracking number. However, the tracking did not function. I asked them to send me a correct one, and they sent it to me, so I was able to track my order. In the end, I received my order as it was promised within 7-15 days, in my case on the 11th day.
