Would really appreciate alternative options for courier services, 4 days for delivery from goldcoast to north brisbane isn't great.

Even though our interaction has never been face to face, I feel as though I have been looked after by a friend. Everything was easy, from researching/checking out products on the website, to ordering, and to collecting our c+c enclosure. While there was a slight hiccup at the warehouse during collection of my order, it was quickly rectified with free delivery - much appreciated! Our piggies are super happy in their new home, and lots of additional accessories from Guinea Pigs Australia have now completed the family set up.

The delivery arrived sooner than I was expecting and the proctor is great...my piggies love the new Ozzy Timothy Hay.

Great product! My piggies absolutely love it. More of my piggies ate it compared to the oxbow timothy hay. Price is very good for size of the bag. Fast shipping just took a while to get processed.

I love the range that Guinea Pigs Australia stock, it is all high quality and healthy for your animals. Most importantly my bunnies approve of it too! Shipping is always quick and they communicate very well if there will be any delays.

Products are good quality, customer service is excellent and they have suggested good advice on several occasions. They don't sell food which is bad for piggies like the pet shops do just to make a profit. Guinea Pigs Australia has demonstrated they are focused on healthy happy piggies! They are also one of the few companies with Excel Nature Snacks in Aust, which are my Piggies fav! .

My piggies are finally happy. My boy, Guinea Weasley use to be so frail and skittish. Now he lets me pick him up and even lets me catch him on his free runs. I think this is the perfect website for any piggy or rabbit and i highly recommend a ozzy c and c cage for your guinea pigs. Five stars
