However when looking into this order everything seems fine and on track to being delivered within the specified time that was given at the checkout, (5-7 working days VIA Royal Mail) / (We also offer a paid delivery service which take 2-3 working days).
At Debang Stix we are committed to getting your order out the same day your order is received to make sure you get your order before the specified time. as fellow vapers ourselves we know of the urgency of getting your order on time and try our best to satisfy all our customers, however sometimes orders do get held on by the delivery couriers or lost and so on which we apologies for in advance.

POD OVERHEATED IN MY POCKET
just purchased 4 days ago, vape was in my pocket , felt hot sensation , pod was extremely hot managed to get out my pocket quickly , smoke coming from lip of vape, too hot to touch, was concerned would go on fire or explode, once cooled down top of vape ( plastic part) slightly melted ,a bit scary, disappointed as product was recommended by a friend , I have emailed them today , asked for refund , will await response.
