Never buying from Compasia ever again
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Compasia and will never EVER purchase from them again.
I placed an order on 15 March as a birthday gift for my son on 29 March, deliberately allowing a two-week buffer to account for any possible delays. We are now in April, and the item has still not been delivered.
The support experience has been just as disappointing. Email responses appear to be generic, repetitive, and unhelpful, offering no real resolution. The live chat is equally ineffective, with conversations left open for days without any meaningful response. It is unclear how their support SLAs are being managed, as there is little to no sense of urgency or accountability.
What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. Due to the prolonged delay, an address update became necessary, yet this was mishandled on their end. Despite this being their mistake, I was left to repeatedly chase for updates with no proactive communication, no ownership of the issue, and no clear resolution provided.
What should have been a simple and enjoyable experience, preparing a birthday gift, turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. The excitement of the occasion was completely overshadowed by poor service and continuous delays. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that it has taken away any joy in giving the gift at all.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if the purchase is time-sensitive.

Stay away.

Wrong item received
Sent a wrong item to me without consulting me first expecting me to “accept” the “free upgrade” when i initially paid for a different item in the first place. Was so hard to deal with the customer service as well. I asked them to arrange a different delivery for me so that I could receive the phone before Raya considering that they made the mistake in the first place so they should take full responsibility but kept delaying the response everytime I asked for updates stating they are waiting for “respective team’s response”. It has been 3 days and there is still no progress to this issue. So frustrating to deal with!

My initial order was mixed up where I didn't get the colour of my choice of 2 apple watches. I sent them an email after that but it took more than 2 weeks to be able to get a response from the team. Being frustrated, I google reviewed them with an initial 1 star, and there' s when my complain is being noticed and someone reach out to swap back my watches to the colour of my choosing initially. Overall happy with the swap but email customer service could really do a better job at managing this complain.

the delivery service was great. It just got delayed for about a month just because they apparently didn’t have the model that i want. Originally, i placed an order for 13 mini but they replaced it with 13 basic model. Alhamdulilah, grateful for that. Overall, 5 over 5. Good service and good product.

Misleading information
The experience was terrible. When I placed the order, it sounded like the item was ready in stock. Only after I kept pushing, they inform me that there was no stock at the HQ. Please, CompAsia, make sure that I can pick up my phone before 18/3. It’s already been almost a week and I still haven’t received the pickup date.
