My experience with SHO International Property Management Limited has genuinely been 10/10 from start to finish.

I’ve just moved out of a property I rented through them, and I can honestly say the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. From the very beginning, everything was handled efficiently and transparently no surprises, no unnecessary back and forth, just clear communication and proper organisation.

A special mention has to go to my agent, who was always available whenever I needed anything. Whether it was a question, a minor issue in the flat, or something that needed urgent attention, he responded quickly and resolved everything promptly and effectively. It’s rare to find an agent who is both professional and genuinely proactive, but that was absolutely the case here.

Maintenance requests were dealt with fast, communication was consistent, and I always felt respected as a tenant. Moving in and moving out were both straightforward and well-managed, which, as anyone who rents knows, is not always guaranteed!

Overall, I would highly recommend SHO International Property Management Limited to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and professional property management. Renting can sometimes be stressful, but with them, it really wasn’t. A truly positive experience from beginning to end.
