Excellent. Sophia and Nasia and the team are professional, responsive and efficient. They have successfully and quickly rented out several of our properties to quality tenants, and helped us organise the properties for letting ie deep cleans, inventories, safety reports etc. We highly recommend the agency.

I have been working with Goldman Greg for the last few years in their capacity as Letting Agents with a small flat that I owned in London. They managed to achieve a 100% occupancy with minimal capital expenditure on maintenance costs. They are always available to deal with any consequential issues and you have access to a number of experienced advisors. I decided to sell the flat and this was handled by Goldman Greg. This proved a difficult process due to a number of legal and contractual complications that with the help of the Agents we managed to navigate our way through and complete the sale. What this demonstrates to me is that dealing with an independently owned niche Agent with strong ethics and great staff (a particular special mention to Nasia Ambrosiou) is an advantage that shouldn't be overlooked.
