Order that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, never arrived. Asked them to send a new one instead which they didn't do, so i had to cancel and request a refund. They seriously need to assess their customer service and delivery partners...

Being a long term customer, the ease of contacting their team via phone wasn't always there and was quite difficult I must say but they have now stepped up their game and improved this. That being said their products are genuine and their service is up there. Defo recommend. Thanks again.

The team kindly merged both of my orders and sent them out together for next day delivery. I placed my order on Thursday evening and it arrived on Saturday. Can't fault the service, very happy with my experience.
