Really quick postal in the middle of the Christmas holidays too! Surprised to find some nice skittle packets in the box too. It was a nice touch! Products are great too.

One item was received with an opened and damaged box and one item was received in a used condition. I contacted customer service with photos and requested a partial refund which they have rejected. Not happy with the service at all.

Ever since I have started ordering from Shisha Gear, I have stopped ordering from other places. Fast service and quality products. There were few occasions where I had to contact them but their customer service is amazing. Within next day, item arrived at my door step and dealt with all the issues in very professional manner.

For long term shisha it’s worth it

Quality products and excellent customer service! My partner bought a shisha from shishagear and we love the style and quality, I recently ordered a new one for our newly wed friends as an housewarming gift and they are over the moon.

If I could I would give this company no stars. I placed an order on August 17 and have yet to receive a resolution on the lost package. My order was for over $100. I had informed the company right away of the package being listed as damaged by the freight company. They insisted for me to keep waiting. I followed up with them multiple times and they continued to tell me to wait. They gave me no resolution and now have stopped responding to my emails. I would never order from them again. They are scammers!!

First of all, delivery was flawless to Germany without any problems! Also very quick, thanks for that!!! The only problem I faced is I ordered 1Kg Starbuzz and only got 250gr. Maybe there has been a problem while working on my order. Will edit this review once everything is worked out.

I’ve bought many products of the years from Shisha Gear with no issues. Once I had a faulty pro cut which they quickly rectified. They often stick hookah products no one else has and as soon as they are released and the best part is they have a loyalty program where your collected points can get you things like free delivery or money off your next purchase.

This company has not delivered my order and does not refund my payment.. It's been 3 months since I ordered, the amount paid is over 70 pounds - what a disgrace & disappointment

Pay attention - there are no google reviews of Facebook reviews available, which is a signal in today's world

Fantastic fast delivery no issues, online customer service was very helpful, however I did have issues getting through to the phone number so had to message online messaging but all issues sorted, my products were delivered quickly and safely with no issues when they arrived very happy with my purchase will definitely be using Shisha Gear again

They have original quality products, no fake brands. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Ordered in the afternoon and items turned up before 9am the next day. Amazing service. Will definitely be using again. Items were perfect as described and genuine articles.
