This was my first time using ShipToBox, and I’m honestly very satisfied with their service. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro and had it shipped to Indonesia, and everything arrived perfectly, safe, fast, and in excellent condition.

At first, I learned that DHL couldn’t be used because they don’t allow shipments that contain batteries or similar items such as smartphones, but ShipToBox clearly explained this and helped me choose the best alternative. I used FedEx, and it worked flawlessly, with smooth customs processing and reliable tracking until the package arrived at my doorstep.

The packaging was secure, and there were absolutely no issues during delivery. I really appreciate Mohamed Sisi from ShipToBox, who was very helpful, professional, and communicative, following up after delivery to make sure everything was okay, and even adding a $5 credit to my account as a kind gesture.

Overall, I’m very impressed with ShipToBox, it’s fast, transparent, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be using them again for future shipments, and I highly recommend them, especially for anyone shipping electronics to Indonesia! 📦📱🇮🇩✨

I may not agree with what the majority of customers think of ShipToBox, but my personal experience says otherwise. On my first shipment, they failed to declare the actual freight I paid ($48), and FedEx used a default rate of $125 for customs. That inflated the dutiable value and I ended up paying 70% of the item’s cost in duties and taxes.

I reached out with full documentation, but ShipToBox deflected everything to FedEx and customs. The issue wasn’t about duties—it was about missing freight declaration, which is not something I control as a customer. Their replies were generic and didn’t offer any resolution or accountability.

I won’t be using their service again, and I hope others double-check the fine details before trusting the process.

I had a great experience with STB. Nova and Emy were incredibly helpful. I made a buy for me order from Macy’s to be delivered to Saudi Arabia. Shipment arrived as promised without any issues and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this service.
