Won’t Buy From Businesses Who Use Shipped
This has been a ridiculous, frustrating experience. I purchased something that was shipped using the app, and the item was never rendered to USPS. Shipped issued a refund, but that didn’t include the shield service OR the shipping fee. So I received no product AND no full refund.

Often, USPS loses the package before it gets to the first facility scan, which unfortunately was the case for your order. As not all of the replacement items were available, a refund was issued back to your original payment method.
If you can email us at service@shippedapp.co with the Shipment Issue #, we're more than happy to coordinate with the retailer to ship equivalent substitutes to you as replacements.
Why do have download ANOTHER app
Why do have download ANOTHER app. for packages? USPS and UPS have there own and they work great. How many shipping apps will I/we have down load and keep track of.

You can absolutely track your orders by visiting the each of the carrier sites for updates. However, the Shipped app removes the hassle of needing to do so.
The Shipped app allows you to manage all of your online purchases with auto order importer, shipment tracker for various carriers, real-time notification of delivery issues, and in-app shipment issue resolution.

I was shipped the same product twice and both time the product sent was damaged and missing part pieces and instructions if I could rate this service less than 1 star I would since I am still waiting for this to be resolved and don’t have a working product or a refund

fedex lost/indefinitely delayed my…
fedex lost/indefinitely delayed my shipment. A waited through the delays for a month or so. I called to resolve the issue to no avail. So I filed a claim with shipped an they quickly issued me a refund and resolved the issue in minutes.

I’m very unhappy with Touch of Modern. Most of my ordered items have been late, or not delivered. That said, I’m glad they have Shipped.

Touch of modern consistently lied and they keep telling me to file a request with you all the request with you all was approved touch of modern never has returned with any other response or a new shipment I don't know who to blame you or them but this is not something good I'm a very unhappy customer who's been ripped off now the only thing I'm interested in is a complete refund

Hi! We received your stolen shipment issue report on 9/30/2022, which was resolved immediately and replacement order O6565554075 was issued. Based on the tracking number, looks like it was delivered yesterday.
Unhappy
It was ok, although I didn’t get my complete order and when it was too late to get a replacement cause the sale was closed

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. The lamp was broken when I opened the package, although there was no damage to the box itself. After contacting and submitting the picture, the claim was approved right away, Shipped contacted the seller, and arranged the replacement. Couldn't have gone better than that!

Service with an edge.
I ordered some folding knives from Touch of Modern and when they arrived I noticed the blades were bent. I took photos showing the issue and sent them in. Before I knew it the purchase was refunded, amazingly fast. Shipped took prompt action resolving the situation almost to the point of it not happening.

Unfortunately we do not have control on how long your credit card takes to show the refund on your statement.
