They were quickly responsive to refunding me for the damaged packaging and product. I supplied photos, of course. And, the merchant quickly made a new product so i would have it in time for event.

Highly recommend this company. I ordered a replacement part, wire frame, for my airdog X3, and added this insurance. The item arrived damaged. I filed a claim and attached 3 images. New item arrived in a few days. Easy and hassle free process. The item was &69, and the insurance fee was like $0.79. Peace of mind for your shipping.

With all of the crazy delivery issues, items delivered to the wrong address, porch pirates and delivery people who take the package after the take a photo of having delivered it, this is a great option.

They really responded very fast
They really responded very fast, once I informed them about the defective product I received, they contacted me back and said they would replace it immediately and ship out in one business day, and I received a brand new product with in a couple of days, I was very pleased with there friendly and fast response.

So impressed!
I used Shipped’s app to request assistance to track my delayed parcel. They emailed me the next day and followed up with locating the parcel. The following day, upon its delivery when I wasn’t at home, they emailed me again to inform me of its delivery, with photos of its drop off spot and confirmed it was sent to my condo. Excellent and efficient service.
