Shipmate has made our entire shipping process significantly smoother. Before using it, we had to copy and paste order details from our platform into courier websites, which was time-consuming and often led to errors.

Now everything is integrated, so labels and shipments can be created much faster without the manual work. It has saved us a lot of time and reduced mistakes in our dispatch process.

The branded tracking portal is another great feature – it gives our customers a much more professional experience when tracking their orders.

Overall, Shipmate has streamlined our fulfilment workflow and made shipping far more efficient. Highly recommended for businesses looking to simplify their dispatch process.

We've been with Shipmate for years now and it's one of those decisions we've never had to second-guess. They completely transformed how we handle fulfilment, what used to be a pain is now simple and straightforward.

Any time we've raised a support query it's been dealt with quickly and with constant updates. It's also great to be able to pick the phone up and get help when it's urgent.

Would highly recommend to any e-commerce business, large or small.

Spoke to some guy called antony explaining that we had a problem with making shipmate work based on technical instructions from their staff and he was quire dimissive and rude.

We experienced some minor issues integrating Shipmate with Linnworks (we did not have access to our admin account - this was not a Shipmate issue). Martin at Shipmate arranged a teams call to rectify the issue and was very helpful in getting us back on track :) The system is very simple to use and the potential to integrate with our Shopify account. Shipmate is a game changer! Simplifies shipping and creating labels with few clicks, it’s easy to use and works with different carriers, including AnPost in Ireland.

Martin and the support team are world class so if there’s any issues they’ll sort you out in no time. They always go above and beyond to provide world class customer support which combined with a great software means you can hardy find anything better than Shipmate.

We first looked at implementing a unified shipping API system in our custom WMS/ERP system 6-7 years ago, but sadly the industry wasn't quite there yet. I'm pleased to say, they are now, and Shipmate is definitely leading the pack!
They have integrations with every courier we currently use and can foresee using in the future, their API is simple and easy to implement, and their customer service is stellar. I don't think i've ever had to wait more than an hour (within business hours) for a response, and they have kept me well appraised of ongoing progress when it comes to setting up new courier integrations and any problems that have arisen.
We've only been working with them for just over 2 months, but I fully expect to see savings on our shipping costs due to their system automatically selecting the best courier to use within the given parameters, and can already see time savings and fewer mistakes in our warehouse as a direct result. I hope we will be able to work with them for many years to come!

Our transition to Shipmate away from our previous supplier has been seamless and fuss-free thanks to their excellent support and hand-holding during onboarding and set up. Under a tight deadline, we’ve been able to continue using Peoplevox WMS for our warehouse operations with no disruption to customer service and we’re now printing shipping labels faster than ever, with reduced costs, using a far superior delivery management platform

I would give 10 stars if I could. Clever service, nice UI, usable API (including clear documentation), but most importantly - absolutely amazing user support that works at supersonic speed. Shipmate team, thank you for being you!

We've been with Shipmate since 2021 and only had to stop using them this week, due to Tuffnells going into administration.

It's been an absolute pleasure having Shipmate as a service partner. The care and support that the team has shown (from the Managing Director to the support team) since the initial inquiry years ago, has been second to none. Antony (MD) even took time out to email us on Monday with alternative options to Tuffnells. Businesses are normally happy to cut costs, but it's with sadness that we leave Shipmate.

The service and support is excellent, from set-up of carriers api's to more complex user requirements, the Shipmate team have been very supportive. They have responded to a few bugs and jumped on fixes, the click through from Shopify is great!

We have had a great experience with the Shipmate team over the years. They help with the setup and any teething issues in the beginning which for a small company such as ours has been really helpful. The support team are very fast to offer support and advice. 5* service! Shipmate also has great functionality and offered what we needed (in a nutshell: a much quicker way to export several labels for delivery). Thanks Team!

Shipmate have been really supportive and helpful in providing a custom solution to our shipping needs. They have a personal and accommodating approach which is something other companies in their industry don't offer. Great software too of course :)

I am not a tech person so anything I use has to be user friendly. Shipmate site is very simple to use and so effective for our business.
Any issues email support team and within 1 min we receive a response with a ticket number and 10-15 mins after issues resolved.. Where do you get this service in 2023???

We tried a few solutions to integrate Woocommerce with our shipping carriers. Shipmate was the first that covered all of our carriers, had a smooth integration with Woocommerce, was tailored for UK businesses, had a clean and easy-to-navigate UI, and helpful support that are very responsive.

Huge timesaver for us automating the printing of our DPD labels via our Woocommerce website.

Bespoke additions and any technical issues are always rectified quickly on rare occasions they arise.
