Emily Howlett has been an absolute star with helping us onboard and has been very patient with us while we get our systems ready for integrations. I would absolutely recommend moving your shipping services over to Shipstation.
The whole system is easy to use and if you do happen to get stuck with anything or have any issues the support team are on hand and ready to help. Their response times are also pretty quick too which has helped us resolve small issues quickly.

I have spent over 2 months trying to get this integration to print a DPD approved label with two different thermal printers. A Dymo 4XL and a TSC Printer. Shipstation 'support' passed me from person to person having to re-explain issues and none of the staff seemed to have any tech understanding and repeatidly sent me back to various parts of the help documentation despite giving clear detail on the faults. I paid an IT professional to trouble shoot and he came to the same conclusion. Shipstations own label printing sofware (despite the documentation stating Dymo and Citizen printers are compatible) will not scale sufficienly and also prints a border that impedes on the main barcode. Two months down the line and I finally convince Shipstation to Speak to DPD about this issue as DPD tech suppport (much more helpful) cannot understand why the impeding black border is being printed. I assume we are making progress.. ... email from Shipstation arrived.
'This is Tom again from ShipStation, Danny is currently out of the office so I am looking over the ticket.
I can confirm that the escalation team have responded with the cause of this problem, and it's due to the thermal printer not being compatible with ShipStation Connect. For DPD label when printing with ShipStation, they will need to be done on a non thermal printer. '
No s--t Tom! ... yet 1. you have been telling me for months that it should work?? .. 2. The issue of the black border that appears on your label and not on DPD labels is the issue that once again you have side stepped.
I do not want to even consider how much labour time Shipstation has cost me to this point not to mention how this issue has diverted my valuable time away from other important areas of my business. To now give me this response is beyond belief and I hope someone with influence at shipstation reads this and looks at what it is promising vs what you can deliver both with your product documentation which is misleading and dishonest and tech support which is shockingly poor.

I spoke with ShipStation UK a couple of times before being connected with Emily. We had a couple of calls as I wanted to make sure Ship Station was the right fit for us. She answered absolutely everything and helped me with any teething issues we had with onboarding. I loved that the onboarding service felt personalised. We've been using Ship Station for a few months now and are extremely happy with it! Thank you Emily.

If you want to send parcels locally, they are ok. But when it comes to international parcels, they have no clue how it all works rules and regulation nor do there systems communicate with the couriers they use as clearly when someone has purchased a product and paid an amount of VAT to import it, they are still being charged VAT at import. This is simple information that can be relayed.
The helpdesk system is a waste of space. I currently have 7 open cases. when i get a reply it shows a reference number only, no history of the conversation, no relating tracking number, just a response and a reference id. Everyone (bar one or two) on the helpdesk is more geared to closing cases regardless of how busy I am, also respond with the same standard response on every message.
If your in the UK and ship overseas i highly recommend NOT using Shipstation.

Recently signed up, the onboarding process was really simple, no complaints. I ship to the US fairly regularly and this is going to make the process a lot simpler.
We have been using ShipStation for a few months now and find it easy to use and useful. It saves time and keeps the customer informed of the progress of there order. The set-up process was simple and the website is easy to navigate. The help and support we have had has been great. We would certainly recommend them to people who use Ecwid.
ShipStation has been an absolute game-changer for our shipping needs. The service is smooth, reliable, and packed with features that make dispatching so much easier. We have been integrating the ShipStation API into our Sicon Courier Integration product for Sage 200. The ShipStation API is one of best we have used when integrating with our software – and I expect more of our current and future clients will be using ShipStation – as its such a game changer vs traditional integration with single couriers. Emily - our account manager has been most helpful.
ShipStation has been a great tool for managing our shipping process. The system works smoothly and reliably, which has really helped streamline our operations.

Emily howlett was great with my onboarding through ship station. she really guided me through any issues i had and took her time on the zoom meetings to make sure i understood how to use the platform. Going forward after i had learnt how to use the system, any questions i needed answering she was always very prompt and helpful. the system itself is great and really makes my life as a ecom business owner so much easier. they have really though of everything. using this system has saved me hours on my work. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone.
Our onboarding with Emily was fantastic; she offered support when and where it was required and assisted with troubleshooting when I had some queries. Otherwise, she recognised I'd used ShipStation before and suggested new options that worked for the company well.

We have been using Shipstation for a while now, and to say it is useless would be an understate. When using carrier APC Overnight it does not mark the tracking off properly for either TikTok shop or on amazon. This has caused us loads of issue with the tracking and invalid tracking rates on both platforms. Directly because of Shipstation. When I raise is with the customer service team I get told to go a talk to Amazon and TikTok as it is their systems that are at fault. What's the point of paying for system that you have manually up date everything!?!
Shipstation has been great for us since our migration to Shopify, allowing us to ship orders through multiple carriers and speed up the shipping process. Really great platform!

absolutely rubbish. Incompetent customer support, not fit for purpose in the UK as they don't declare the actual figures on the invoice, don't attach the IOSS numbers correctly and always giving me problems. Support is useless.
