Rude and Unhelpful.

I've just spoken with a very rude English sounding women. I called and made an extremely polite enquiry to gain a quote and assist my Mum with shipping a car home to the East. This would be our first attempt in doing so. She asked me "who are you" and proceeded to patronize my enquiry. I would AVOID these entitled sounding sketchy dealers. It is bad enough that we Nigerians are reduced to transacting with Englishmen to ship our belongings back home. It would be helpful if they would appreciate our business and exercise professional courtesy. This may or may not be relevant but being born and bred in Chelsea perhaps my accent scared her off and she thought I was customs which would indicate that they are not a transparent company LOL. I bet she would prefer it if I had a thick Nigerian accent that she thinks she can take advantage of! We need professionals who are willing to provide transparent quotes and guide first time shipping customers.

I am very impressed about the service I received from Shipcars when shipping my vehicle. I communicated mostly with the lady called Nikki who was very professional and patient with me.
This company deserves 5 stars.
I was advised on what papers to organise eg Letter of Authority and Import Permit as well as all the relevant papers needed.
Organising the Letter of Authority and Import Permit saved me also money as I did not have to be charged by the agency for these,
I love efficiency and excellence and that is what I received.

The vehicle was shipped on the 20th of September 2021 as promised and arrived on the 14th of October 2021.

The company has delivered my car from London, U.K. to Nicosia, Cyprus in perfect condition and at a reasonable cost. Though there were some delays at the U.K. side, the rest of the transition went smoothly. Will definitely use this service again.
