Literally why would you use anyone else? Phenomenal service from start to finish from Nikki. This was my first time exporting a vehicle and she dealt with my plethora of questions by email and by phone with endless patience and understanding. She would frequently reply out of hours which was fantastic and gave lots of tips and advice. What I thought was going to be a daunting process actually turned out to be painless and enjoyable.
Am about to book my next vehicle for the end of the month. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Two years ago I exported a Mercedes to Turkey and have recently re-imported it back to UK. Everything went without a hitch both times; ShipCars organised everything efficiently and promptly for a very competitive price, and Nikki was ever-helpful by both email and phone, patiently explaining the process and calming my worries (I'd never done this before).

For the re-import, she even did the HMRC (Nova) paperwork for me, going "above and beyond" as she'd done several times before. I'd recommend ShipCars without hesitation to anyone exporting or importing a vehicle from/to UK.

Nikki was a star, in assisting me all through the process. I was never short of answers and directions through the various steps and process and her effort makes the process of shipping less stressful. Thanks again and all your effort is greatly appreciated.

I was very stressed about the process to import my car to the UK. I expected lots of last minute requests for documents and that I would be needed at the port. Thanks to the very professional service from Nikki at Ship Cars, I could just sit relaxed at home and wait for my car to arrive.
As Nikki clearly understands the import process very well, she requested all the right documents long enough ahead of time that I could go find them. By the time the car arrived in the port I had nothing to do. The car passed all the customs checks first time.
Nikki provided the car transport company with perfect instructions to pick up my car at the port without any problem. A few hours later the car was at my house.

Responses from Nikki were brilliant.
One small hiccup resolved immediately.

A very professional service, extremely helpful when my classic Jaguar was leaking gas and had to be towed to a mechanic for repairs before being loaded! I could not expect anything better. Very efficient service shipping my Landrover Camper from Turkey to UK. And compared to costs of driving it back ( which was actually not an option for me anyway), not that much more expensive all travel costs considered.

The exercise of getting a restored, historical Willys jeep from N.Ireland back to the USA was difficult to contemplate and execute, as a one-off, having mulled over it for some time and other shipping cost estimates that were prohibitive. By chance I came across Ship Cars Ltd.0n line. Once the paperwork was completed, easily, timely and paid (competitive cost) for; the shipping/ export, exercise took about a month, went smoothly Door to Door. The jeep arrived in good condition and in doing so has just about circumnavigated the world from the USA in 1941 to INDIA (Pakistan)1942, purchased in Pakistan,1989/91, as a runabout then to Uganda1991, to N Ireland1997(fully restored) then to Southampton and finally to east coast USA 2022 at age 81. Now safely in USA as an intact Family Heirloom. Thanks to an excellent logistics chain and the operators within Ship Cars Ltd.

After buying a 40ft fifth wheel RV trailer in the U.S. I needed to have the trailer shipped from Florida to England. I contacted Nikki and she made the whole process simple and offered help and advice as needed. As it happened - the shipping fell during the Christmas Holiday 2021/22, but Nikki was still on the end of the phone if I needed to speak to her, which I did.
