This is to reaffirm the worst review this courier company has got.
Their flashy technology of tracking (whatsapp, sms etc.) and customer support is just an eyewash!
Customer support is just another machine sitting to tell you the same story that package will be delivered but when no one knows!
Try to change delivery address and the whole system gets confused including the delivery guy running around like a headless chicken.

IT'S THE WORST COURIER EVER! Don't even know why big brands such as Adidas trusts this company. They will ask you you to schedule your preferred delivery but they will still deliver it when it's convenient for them! What's the point?!

Very terrible services. Two days receiving that my order is out for delivery. Waiting at home cancelling all my appointments but no one is coming. Tracking is showing that delivery person is near my location. However I never received any call. Now they are telling me again to wait 3rd day. Customer service is terrible…reply takes ages.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES
Very Bad Service, past few days trying to contact costumer care and keep disconnecting nobody to answer the call, Calling at night time to deliver consignment to clients. Please Don't use this service waste of time and money.
Fair is fair, I was supposed to receive a package yesterday when I suddenly saw my tracking updated estimated delivery with 3 to 5 days delay. So I tried calling them which due to busy lines didnt manage but then started chatting with them and they were pretty responsive on chat, I mean up to 5 min delay for chat response in my opinion is fair since we don’t know how busy the operator might be. I explained to them that I’m traveling tomorrow night and need the package, the operator said maybe with some delay with a couple of day you will receive, so I check for the reviews and saw very low rating. This morning I woke up and saw the package is already delivered to my home. So all and all I’m happy with their service and I think the fact that their shipping system shows much delay really disappoints people but in fact my package was delivered only with less than a day delay.

Too slow, the driver promised to deliver on friday and next day i contacted them they said when do I want it to be delivered and shipment is just sitting at the warehouse

If there was an option for - stars, that would go to shipa DELIVERY for their extremely incompetent customers service and delivery staffs. I experience a lack of professionalism when I gave clear instructions bit they just couldn't. DELIVERY still pending as of now after 3 days of giving the same instructions.
Train your staff to do their job properly or close your doors for the same. When people expect a parcel, its because they need it, not for you to store it for them.

They don't even deserve to be granted reviews or the 1 star
The driver was so disrespectful. I did not even choose the time for the delivery. I asked him to deliver it tomorrow since I have a 24 hour shift at work. He told me that he won’t deliver the package! He kept ignoring my messages. What an awful company. I hope they shut down soon!

i had an awful experience with this company. Avoid at all costs the service is so bad
I was told my package was prepaid via an online chat with their customer service team, and that it would be dropped off at the reception in my building. When it arrived, reception called me and told me they couldn't accept my package from shipa because there was a delivery fee! They hadn't informed me I was required to pay additional fees (they claimed was for the VAT). When I spoke to their customer service team again, they said "order value payments are not getting notified by the system its self"..... It took me 10 minutes via chat to even get an apology, then the chat ended abruptly. This is not acceptable "customer service".
