I purchased a number of sweaters from this company. They were shown as long slouchy style sweaters that came down below the hips and butt. When I received them, they barely came to my waist and the one side showed my midsection. I tried to contact customer service to return the items and get a refund. They told me they couldn't because they checked and they sent me the right items. They offered me an apology that I wasn't happy and suggested I keep the items. After fighting with them, they offered me $4USD....on a $300 order, as compensation. This company is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I've had to open a claim through my credit card company but don't think I'll get anything back.

Goods finally arrived from Shineshore, the delivery into Australia was terrible but after several communications I located where they were. Te shipping advice tracker was useless constantly advising me that the goods were with the Post Office when they were actually with a newsagent. Very frustrating but they are a real company and do deliver goods.

I have to give them 4 Stars now that they were nice and refunded me all my money back. So maybe they are not scamming people. Just some miss understanding I guess.This company and the others associated with it are a total scam. If you are ordering something and pay the USD amount with your credit card it will be used In the UK and the amount will be a lot more than you originally thought. You can’t cancel an order and you can not get anyone to help you. So be warmed. If you see something you like on Facebook Google it on the internet and find it cheaper there. And see the rating for Shineshore also.
Shortly after posting this review I received a email from their customer service refunding all my money to my credit card. So I think they should let people know there is maybe a up charge for orders over seas.

In Jan I ordered a bra for 9.99, buy one get 2 free, never got the 2 free ones, and was charged $41.98.
This company is a total sham!!!!!!!!!!

Order placed 1/5/23 For 3 bras on Contiuoeny.com. Shineshore.com appeared on my bank statement with the charge of $42.79 which is $7.13 more than $35.66, the total of item, shipping & tax charge on the order. I adjusted my books assuming the $7.13 was for cross border fees since the item was coming from Eastern Europe. On 3/1/23 I tried to track my package thru the logistics company they refer you to, it said my package arrived in New Orleans on 2/3/23. I emailed the tracking company who said they had no new info. I asked for a phone number & address of their client. I got nothing. I also emailed Contiuoeny.com & Shineshore.com with order & tracking numbers twice with no response. I tried again to track my order & now they can't locate that tracking number. There are no phone numbers listed forany of these companies. They have a bogus address in LaPuente, California and one in Wales, UK Along with the two I mentioned, they use several other online company names/websites for placing orders-- Decideonlove com, Igorousinel.com, and many more. The company is operating out of city q a to avoid tax & licensing.The Los Angeles County Sheriff's office suggested I file a report with my local police here in Kentucky where I live. That won't do anything. They have better things to do than investigate an out of state dead end. I won't receive my order or will I get my money back. I am on a fixed disability income & am trying to sell my furniture to recoup the lost amount. I saw on line that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I had to give a star in order to continue with this complaint but these criminals have a big fat Zero with me!!!

I would give them a 0. I ordered 2 Folding Razor Saws on Dec 22. I followed the tracking and them have been in the US since January. Today is March 3. Account was charged Dec 22. No responses!!

I have not received my 2 bras that I ordered online on 1/7/2023. If you will either send my 2 bars or I want a refund. If paid 63.32. I want my bars and I don't receive my bars I want a refund or I will have my lawyer take over

I ordered 1 bra and have been waiting 2 months for it. I have emailed the company numerous times for a refund. They refuse to give me a refund and keeps saying they will expedite my shipment. They can’t expedite my shipment if they have already put it in the mail this company is a big-time fraudulent scam do not fall for their bogus clothes or anything they sell. I would give them -10 stars if I could I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

On January 1,2023 I ordered 3 bras which were advertised buy one for $9.99 and get two free. My Walmart Debit Money Card was charged $44.57 and I still have not received them. I called Walmart to get a refund they said I had to contact the merchant. I tried calling the phone number on my charge would not go through. Then I tried emailing would not go through. So now I have to file a fraud report and call The Better Business Bureau. I’m 72 years old. I can’t afford to lose $44.57.

I sent this email to their support team at snow-grass.com and realize today that I was definitely scammed!

"As you will see in the email below, I paid an additional Express Shipping fee for $9.99 which guaranteed delivery no later than 12/13/22. Needless to say, my daughter didn't have this present to open on Christmas Day!

I have 2 complaints;
1.) My package was delivered on 12/31/22, therefore, I want my $9.99 returned to me since YOU LIED about Express Shipping!
2.) The total charge for this item was $34.04, which I agreed to pay expect I was unaware of the $.70 insurance fee that I didn't agree to pay. However, you charged by checking account $40.85. That's $6.81 to much!
3.) I want back the difference of $6.81, $9.99 and $.70 which totals $17.50!"

Their support team responded with this:
"The additional charge was made due to system error.（6.81USD）
We credited this back to your original account. Please kindly wait 3-7 business days for the confirmation message from the bank. And this product is not free shipping, so you need to pay the freight, the freight can't be returned."

I responded, “You wouldn’t have refunded it had I not brought it to your attention. THAT’S SCAMMING ME! I still should be refunded the amount of shipping I paid for express delivery. I paid extra to receive the product in 7-12 days. This is where I was cheated, because the product was not received in the expedited manner as promised. You are the one that committed FRAUD against me by not guaranteeing your express delivery date before 12/13/22 to which I paid extra. Therefore, I am entitled a refund on my shipping charges. This is unacceptable! I am still not satisfied that you stole my money. THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!"

Activated my vanilla card Visa and was told that SHINE SHORE took 49.95 that's all I had never even used the card. Scammmmmers

I ordered two rings and received two empty ring boxes. I believe this was a scam. I want a refund.

Order placed Dec 11 2022. It's Jan 7 2023 and still haven't received. I threatened if not received or money refunded by end of week I will report fraud.

Scam site. Can verify. I purchased of set LED Gloves and still haven't received them a month later. Please report to BBB. This "Company" uses 24hservice as a Shipping Company that is also bogus.

I want my money put back into my account because I didn’t order nor request anything from them but yet they got into my account. Give me back my $80.56 NOW!!!

I bought 4 light sets and 2 dint work as much as I tried for them to replace them at no avail after waiting over 4 weeks for the items !! The last word I got from them is offering me $5 for my problems I told the m to shove it !! Please don’t wait your money with this company they are a fraud !!

I just want to hear from them. I ordered an item, the amount cleared my bank on 9/2/2022. Haven’t heard a word. No tracking number. No nothing. Where’s my order??

If I could give them a 0 I would. They told me I had an incomplete mailing address which I did not. Then told me that I could pay them a lost item fee and a shipping fee to have them send me the item that they lost. Make it make sense! They didn’t even offer me a refund. Do not order from this company!

I purchased 3 solar outdoor lights a few weeks ago. One of the lights failed in about 3 weeks. I wrote to the company 3 times asking for a replacement. Each time they responded quickly but not to my satisfaction. They offered me a $5 refund in which I declined because I had spent 3 times that and just wanted a replacement. Here is their last email to me:

We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.
Sorry for that return or exchange can't be supported when your order has no quality issues.
hope you can accept the compensation
We are so sorry that you don't like our product. This will be reported to our manufacturers for improvement.
